Wolverine Baseball Camps offers several baseball camps throughout the summer. The youth day camps are specifically designed to teach young players the fundamentals of baseball in a fun and safe atmosphere. The youth day camps are for campers age 6-12 and are held at Bob Reed Field on the campus of Wesley College.

The Wolverine Baseball Camps are conducted by the Wesley College Baseball coaching staff as well as local high school coaches. Staff members are hired to provide a high quality of adult supervision to ensure the safety and security of all campers. Wolverine Baseball Camps operates with no more than a 10:1 camper to instructor ratio, allowing us to provide each camper with individual attention as well as a safe environment to develop baseball skills.

About The Camps
Our all-skills day camp focuses on the fundamental skills of baseball. Small instructor to camper ratios allow for individual attention to each camper. Instruction is focused on the needs of the camper and the station to station format allows for focus on the following fundamentals:

Hitting Mechanics
Fielding
Position Skills
Throwing
Infield Play
Outfield Play
Bunting
Base Running

Wolverine Baseball Day Camp

The Wolverine Baseball Camps are de-signed to provide a fun and safe atmos-phere, where comprehensive instruction on the skills of baseball is taught to all campers.

Camp Dates:
Daily sessions run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
during each of the following camp weeks:

June 17-22
June 24-28
July 15-19
July 22-26

Wolverine Baseball Rookie Camp

The Rookie Camp is a ½ day camp for young players ages 5-8. Campers will be introduced to the fundamentals of baseball with emphasis on learning the game and having fun. The Rookie Camp is a great way to introduce your child to the game of baseball and help each child succeed and have fun.

9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Wolverine Baseball Advanced Hitting Camp

The Wolverine Hitting Camp is a three day camp, that will teach campers hitting fundamen-tals and techniques. Campers will be instructed on hitting mechanics, grip, stance, and hitting for more power. This camp is perfect for all ability levels and campers will get lots of swings each day. Each camper will participate in a variety of drills and batting practice to work on their swing. Campers will also work on all aspects of offensive baseball to include: sacri-fice bunting, base running, base hit bunting, and situational hitting..

Camp Dates:
July 10-12
Session I - 10:00 am - 12:00 noon (Ages 8-12)
Session II - 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (Ages 13-18)
